The Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) will be moving its offices from Chelmsford to London in August 2015.

This decision has been taken to place them closer to key stakeholders and make them more accessible to the businesses they regulate.

The CLC’s new offices are in a building dedicated to not-for-profit organisations and will not, the CLC state, increase the CLC’s costs or the cost to the profession.

With effect from 1st August 2015 the address of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers will be:
