2016/2017 Fee Levels
The proposed fee levels for the practising year 2016/17 have been submitted by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to the Legal Services Board for approval.
The Board of the SRA set the draft fee determinations at its meeting on 13 July and these have now been sent to the LSB for a final decision.
This year the individual fee has dropped from £320 to £290, while the total amount to be collected from all firms has also fallen.
Compensation Fund contributions have also been set, and remain at £32 for individuals and £548 for firms.
Firms can see what their indicative fees are from using the SRA fees calculator which can be accessed via the fees policy page.
