OISC Code of Standards
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner’s Code of Standards (the OISC Code) applies to everyone providing immigration advice or immigration services within the UK and is made in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
