Qualification as a notary is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury under the direction of the Master of the Faculties and its day to day administration is the responsibility of the Registrar. The Master of the Faculty of Notaries is one of the approved regulators for the purposes of Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Legal Services Act 2007
